When you dominate say, a person in your own squad, do they have to be a "legal target" for the character who is dominating? In other words, does the target they are dominating have to be in clear line of sight, or closet in cover? Say if one of your squad mates is closest in cover and the nearest enemy isn't can you only target your squad memeber? |

If you are Dominating an enemy, they must be a legal target. If you are Dominating an ally, you just need LoS. |
