if a character ends its turn adjacent to a door, the door opens, but it the character uses leia senator's ce to move 2 away from the door, does the door stay open?

I need an answer quick cause I'm in a game righ now.

Yes, it stays open until the end of the next character's turn. Sorry I wasn't around a few minutes ago.
