Revan's CE reads as follows: Droids are subject to these effects: Non-Unique followers within 6 squares get +4 Attack. Once per round, after initiative is determined, 1 ally can immediately move up to its Speed before any other character activates.

The part I put in bold tells you what you need to know, droids are subject to these effects. Meaning plural, so yes droids are subject to his entire list of CEs

Non-unique droids within 6 get +4 attack and can use use his "Intuition in all ways but in name" ability board-wide. I hope this helps

Commander Effects work with non-droids by default, so yes they work for both droids and non-droids.
