Ok i was playn Verjal. he reflected Nyms 2 shots. then next my trando merc hit twice and he altered. i made another hit then he tried to alter again and i said he couldnt. he says because it is another characters turn he can who is right.

It was a new character's turn. There is a distinction between round, phase, and turn involved here.
