Okay, so here it is:
IG Tarkin states that friendly commanders within 6 gain Extra Attack. Would this stack with Double Attack?

Yup, works basically the same way as General Windu's CE, except that you have to be a commander to start with. So, yes, if they have Double already, they gain one more attack.

Not really. The net effect is him not having to rely on Lightsaber Assault for his Double Twin.

Yes, but as I almost always need that reroll, this let's me double, rage, AND reroll the inevitable 1 ;)

Of course, you can always just use him with JH :)

Gah, that he is... for some reason I always get him mixed up as being the other commander variant. Well nm then :)
