Ok this is a fairly basic question. When a character with poison, say the vornskr, attacks an adjacent living character, he gets +10 damage against it. But the attacked character can avoid the extra 10 damage with a save of 11 right? Or is it all 20 damage that he can avoid? (Or 30 if he crits because the additional damage will not be doubled.)

The save is only against the extra damage from poison. |
