Must you shoot all available targets with a blaster barrage or may you choose? |

The "can" in the ability makes me think that actually attacking every legal target is optional. As a technical matter, I think you would still have to determine all legal targets before making your first attack; however, you wouldn't have to actually attack them, if that makes sense. |

It's the same as the lancer - "can" actually means "must." Although you may still choose the order in which you attack each target (which can matter a lot against, say, deathshot squads). |
