does rapport alter the cost of figures that bravado is effective against?

does a 9 point naboo pilot through rapport get bravado against ozzel?

Had to check back through a couple of pages to make sure.

You go by the cost of the character in that squad (so as altered by Rapport, etc.). I think the original question was asked more in terms of an enemy character whose cost had been lowered, but I'm sure it would work the same way in your scenario.

So by that reasoning, you could never get bravado against a character brought in through reserves. Is that correct?

How about a character swapped in through Pallaeon? If you start with Nyna and swap in Ozzel, is he worth 18 or 11?

No.

Q+: How does Reinforcements affect the cost of a character when checking Bravado?
A+: Reinforcements does not affect the cost of a character; it changes the value in victory points. Compare to whatever
cost was paid to add the character into the Reinforcements pool.

And Bravado looks at the cost of the character. Swapping a character out or into your squad does not change it's cost.
