When you use Sith Alchemy on a enemy that benefits from a CE that grants a attack at death, does it get an attack when defeated by Sith Alchemy? The way I see Alchmemy is that it replaces the target character and hence the character you target doesn't exist anymore and can't deathshot since you replace the target character with a new peice in its spot immediately after defeat. Which immediate effect happens first?

Sith Alchemy 2 (Force 2, replaces attacks: Target living medium or small enemy with 20 Hit Points or less remaining within 6 squares is defeated. You can immediately add a character named Rakghoul to your squad. The new character sets up in the square that enemy formerly occupied.)

Mon Mothma's Commander Effect:

Followers within 6 squares can make 1 immediate attack at +10 Damage when they are defeated.

I ask the question, because this could be a very nifty way to deal with Naboo Pilots and Naboo Troopers deathshot squads.

It is better to look at Transfer Essence to see how it would resolve. You would resolve all "When defeated" effects before you place the Sith Mutant.
