So you have Holo Veers. He nukes several squares of you opponents figures. He targets a mouse and the mouse is adjacent to a SS worker (with nom), a kel dor and a uggie. I assume the mouse must make its save first? who chooses the order of the subsequent saves? Which is the acting player? |

The acting player (the Holo Veers player) would choose who makes the save first. It doesn't even have to be the Mouse Droid. |
