Question regarding the puppet master ability. Does it work on allies as well as enemies? If it works on allies, do they have to make the save also?

You can use it on allies as well. You have to roll the save if you use it on a teammate but keep in mind your hoping to fail that save. If you try it on a teammate and your save roll is 16+ then nothing happens.
