A question came up on if I can run reven up and swap in a rakgoul if the rakgoul was withn 6 of both a mouse and a sith wrangler. I guess the real question is when does the rakgoul regain savage? Is he available to swap if everything else of course is set up right.

if the Rakgoul is within 6 of both a muse droid and a Wrangler then yes he would be able to swap with revan. He would not be able to swap if only one of those criteria is met or if he would become within 6 of one by swapping. He must be withing range and subject to commander effects for it to work.
