ABM doesn't affect a figure with force immunity who also has a CE.

Will ABM prevent the force immune CE from affecting a figure who can benefit from the CE who isn't force immune itself?

This came up last night.

Thanks

I would think that if the commander effect isn't negated because of the commander being force immune, the CE will still be in effect. ABM only affects the CE itself, not the characters who receive it.

That's incorrect. The wording is identical to disruptive sans the within 6 requirement, and that was on purpose. Commanders with force immunity cannot be disrupted, nor can characters, but both commanders and characters without force immunity have their ce's "suppressed".

So to clarify what I mean. Let's say you have Grand Admiral Thrawn. His CE cannot be suppressed, so within 6 of him (where allies can gain force immunity) his CE's would still apply. Outside of the bubble however, they would lose them.

I stand corrected then. And i see it now, the keyword is 'suppressed'.

Does Force defense cancel Advanced Battle Meditation if the person using ABM is more that 6 squares away or does it create a 6 square bubble of immunity?

Force Defense/Absorb can only prevent the activation of the ability. Unlike Dark Force Spirit, Force Abilities are a continious effect, not an activation effect, so you could not trigger Defense/Absorb in response.
