I try to dominate a force user and make the save so I force point reroll and fail the save. Can the dominated force user use force points on that dominated turn? I would think yes since it's a seperate turn but just wanted to clarify.

yes. The rerolled FP is used on the dominater's turn, the second used on the new granted turn.
