DotF Insert - is there a text version out there?

Post subject:  DotF Insert - is there a text version out there?
I've looked around a bit, but maybe I'm missing it.

The DotF Rules Insert in Downloads is a PDF image scan, so I can't copy/paste text from it. I tried running OCR on it, but the results were atrocious. :shock:

Does anyone have it in a more accessible format?
(text, doc or whatever)
