If someone uses force repulse 3, does the pushed character still have to be within 4 squares of the character who repulsed? |

according to the glossary, figures are moved to exactly4 squares away to a legal space. so no, you must move them to a point where they are 4 squares away, not 5 (by using the diagonals) |
