Cool ability for Jawa, just wanted to make sure that the Reprogram would work on Cyborg (IE Grevious) since they count as both a Droid and a Living Character. |

Huh. It would appear so. Just have Greivious run from all Jawas. |

We knew it would but we went with it. |

Another reason for/against having Vader as Cyborg? |

No, not another reason. Here are some reasons no V-set Vader will ever have Cyborg: Darth Vader, Dark Jedi Darth Vader, Sith Lord Darth Vader Darth Vader, Jedi Hunter Darth Vader, Champion of the Sith Lord Vader Darth Vader, Imperial Commander Darth Vader, Unleashed Darth Vader, Legacy of the Force Darth Vader, Scourge of the Jedi 10 Vaders and not one of them has Cyborg. So there is no reason for us to do it, either. |

Kudos on the Reprogram ability; it's a neat design choice and it's going to be funny to see it in action. |
