Well, guys, I have contacted some local stores in the area about making patches with the site logo, and about window decals for cars (or whatever you want to put them on). I haven't gotten any definate prices, but I want to see if this is something you guys would be interested in before I go ahead and make some orders! I saw many people with bags full of patches at Gencon, and how sweet would it be to have a window decal on your car professing the greatest SWM site of all time! Post if you are interested, please!

For the decals... I might need to wait a couple years (until I get a car), but I'd be interested if it was cheap enough, and had a good shelf life

I would definitely be interested in both. You should be able to find places that would make it cheap enough to do them at like $5 apiece, then just ship 'em in an envelope with a single stamp. I know we've done patches and decals at that price or lower with the 501st Legion. Usually need a lot size of about 100 pieces or so though. So it might depend on whether someone wants to front the capital or take orders ahead of time.
