We broke even on Map Pack 4 today!!!!

Please buy one more so we can profit 7 dollars and 50 cents!

Wow, it only took 5 MONTHS!!

I'll put this in perspective. Map Pack 3 took 4 weeks to break even!

Isn't it funny that arguably our best Map Pack was the worst seller?

Best maps, released at the worst time (after game is dropped).

Congrats, I suppose, though I wish it hadnt taken that long to get there for you guys.

Keep up the good work.

Agree with this. If the game were still going on then you'd have made the profit in no time at all. But because people lost interest or just stopped playing after WotC dropped it, it makes sense new things would suffer as well. Either way, congrats on finally making even! I think I still need Map Pack 4 but I'm not sure. Heck, I haven't even opened 2 and 3 yet since I haven't played a real tourney in 10 months, lol.

Is it the fact that the game is dropped or more so that it's economically a bad time for a lot of people?

I grabbed Map Pack 4 at Gencon because I knew it was now or never kind of thing for me.

I don't think it's due to the economy, especially with reports the economy is starting to get better. If it had been the economy then Map Pack 3 would have failed since that was smack dab in the worst part. And now people are saving even more money with the game dead, so I'd truthfully rule that out as a factor. I think it's more of a "lack of interest due to game being dropped" thing.

It's probably both.

I can tell you the "MIGHTY MAPS" line of custom maps we do for Heroclix, is flying off the shelves, however nothing has ever topped the sales rate of Map PAck 3. It may have to do with the fact that it was a unique maps pack with connecting maps and all that. people love the idea of epic play, even if they don't really like to play epic play.LOL

I'm sorry to hear it took so long, however in glad you did break even. Although I have a hard time deciding which set I like best.

I've got Map Packs 2-4 and love them all, but Map Pack 4 is definitely my favorite. All of the maps are gorgeous and fun to play on, with my personal favorites being Peaceful City and Spice Mines of Kessel. I hope they keep on selling!

Congrats on hitting the number finally. FWIW, I'd pay more. The pack deals were a real bargain, undoubtedly to your detriment.
