Anyone left perusing these boards is a diehard fan like me. So here is the question, in your opinion out of all 915 minis Wizards put out what was the most phoned in Sculpt and Paint Job?

Dark Times 501st Stormtrooper -wow lazy, differentiated from all the other Stormtrooper sculpts by the incredibly sad paint app.


Worst Sculpt and Paint Job combination
A&E Han Solo Rogue head sculpt could be improved by having a dog chew on it.

I agree with the 501st Stormie. Whenever I use them I ask if it is ok to use a normal stormtrooper to represent him instead.

How about adding in worst pose? I think it is the Weequay Pirate. Just so lame.

Han in STA from A&E has a burn-victim face on him and nearly every piece I've seen.

I agree with 501st stormtrooper and Han STA. The Weequay Pirate I can agree with but I'm not sure about the sandtrooper.
Either way, it's as good as my thought, the IE Snowtrooper. It's just so big and...awkward

For me the worst sculpt is Darth Vader, Legacy of the Force, because he's so out of proportion.

Worst paint job is the 501st Stormtrooper.

Worst pose goes to Shado Vao because it doesn't make any sense at all.

Out of my personal collection, worst paint job / mini quality is Anakin CoN. His eyeballs are pointing in opposite directions (one up, one down) and his saber-arm is noticeably a different piece of plastic and looks like it could fall off at any minute. I'll take a look at my others later and maybe take some pics lol.

i gotta say that one of the worst HEAD/FACE paint jobs is the Gen Wedge Antilles figure. In all 3 Wedge's i had, his face had looked like a monkey or just some deformed face in general. i agree with the 501st stormie though.

Hah, I forgot about old young frankenstein Wedge.

I think the IE Snowtrooper brings up another category: way out of scale. Too big or too small. Logray too small, Uggy Tech too big.

I have had two C'S General Kenobis and both of the beards were misprinted.

And yeah I would have gotten shado Vao but that pose is bad.

Shado Vao just has the most awful pose. And what's up with his neck??

Aurra Sing, Jedi Hunter has a really awkward pose. She looks like a marionette.

The Rampaging Wampa's arms are really awkward too. Fortunately they are easy to remove and reposition, then he looks a lot better.

I don't know if it's the worst, but the most disappointing for me was Boba Merc. The stock photo looks awesome, but when I finally got one, the colors looked so... cheesy. I honestly think the Taco bell toys from Episode I had better paint, in fact, the cheap toys are the first thing I thought of when I saw it.

My Dengar, Bounty Hunter has a good paint job on his body, and just tow lil black dots for eyes on his featureless fleshy head. Try to get pic of it.
