My guess, since there seems to be a Hooters menu in front of him in the picture, is that he is gawking rather obviously at the waitress...

Jonny was watching the fight at the time. Matt nudged me to show me the expression on his face, whipped out his camera, and the rest is history. The caption was something I yelled to Jonny earlier when Chuck got him to hit on a waitress.
