I voted Loathsom, and so did most of the others it would appear. It's down to his Twin Attack CE affecting everyone including droids that makes him worth playing, and even characters like Darth Maul worth playing again. |

Loathsome wins Separatists Hands Down as he was definitely the favourite to. There is definitely not much buzz about Mar Tuuk that's for sure, the new GG is not anywhere as good as the old GG, Aasaaj is fun and ok but doesn't have all the potential of Whorm, and the new Wat is not that great even with Evade and Twin. |

Whormsome seems by far the best point for point unique for seps, but possibly his faction in general. Twin for everyone nearby for just 20 points? Not to mention a good enough shot to hit uggies. He is almost the Captain Rex of Seps, he has a commander effect that works on the things you don't normally consider. (Living charcters) Well, aside from the fact Captain Rex orignal kicks arse in combat. XD Wat Tambor is solid mind you, no mistake about that, but he's 43 points, for a twin shooter with Renforcements and Droid Mark? Nice figure, just not as economical as Whromsome. Mar Tuuk is also decent, but just seems a bit for his effect that does very little but activation control on a more limited scale. Lastly, I dislike Grevious, who appears to be a knock off of commander, an battle worthy gravious my backside. XD And Ventress, who I have just had horrid experiences with and I just gave her away to a friend. |

Well here at least its clear that the community is of one mind! Whorm is the winna! huzzah! Moving on to Republic... This set they got a ton of solid figure. Each has a handy use and can fit in a variety of squads. Personally I feel that FlObi (Obi-Wan Kenobi, Jedi General) wins my vote. Solid stats, and a great commander effect (2nd cheapest in the game granting extra attack) plus SSM means he'll be around long enough to make his commander effect count and take down some enemies. What do you think?? |

I'm going with Gen. Skywalker. Can move up to 10 and GMA laying down 60 damage, plus Djem So to make the defender think twice about using Riposte or their own Djem So. I really like Momentum as an ability, and handing it out via a CE opens up some interesting options with quite a few Rep/Fringe followers. If he had FR he'd be a monster. FlObi is way more survivable, no doubt, but bullocks to him anway

Funny Anne is havign hte same results as Loathsom, he is the top contender and I agree. Greater mobile double and his CE are what make the new Ashoka even worht playing with out annie I wouldn't use her at all. His stats are also very good and he's costed in a way that he works great and can afford good help |

Well it looks like Skwalker has reigned supreme for the Republic. The question now turns to the Fringe. Out of Hondo and Bane, who is most worth thier points? A lot of people feel Cad is over costed, I'm not too far from agreeing with that conclusion, thus mkaing hondo the better point for point figure. What do you think? |

To be honest, I think both Cad and Hondo are a bit overcosted, until Hondo gets a follower that can take a hit. Pirates with accurate shot though... I went for Bane though, generally speaking, Stealth on a shooter like him is fairly deadly. He just has a lot more to offer to most factions. Nom bombs love him, what more can be said? Though, it is pretty close between them. Hehehe |

Who are the seven guys that picked Hondo over Cad? I have yet to see anyone even bother put together a Hondo squad and I haven't even taken mine out of the plastic and I probably never will. Cad on the other hand is getting plenty of play everywhere you look. |

I used Hondo in an all Fringe build we did a couple months ago for the Mos Eisley Meltdown event. Hondo + Weequay Pirates + Lando HOT + Czerka = Awesome. Probably not super competitive in a normal 150/200 point game. But it worked VERY well in that squad. |

I think Hondo's claim to fame is the "point for point" clause, not power. Cad is overcosted, simply. His hps are his big drawback, and he needs many points of CE's to make him useful. Hondo, however, needs Riekann, and he's about covered. |
