Except it isnt board wide like thrawns. Thrawn was a bit of a novelty until it became board wide. Then it became abusive. It will be interesting to see how the mouse droid interacts, if at all with this piece. Being a droid, the mouse may not help it at all, in which case the whole within 6 isnt going to do you any real good with all of the twin out there. Of course i am really not interested in seeing a rebel B&B.

Do people have a theory on this "mouse droids" abilities? This is the second time I've heard it referred to, and I didn't know that there was going to even be one. And wouldn't the mouse droid be Impereial?

they say its going to be very similar to a D&D piece that extends CEs, but i dont know the piece they are referring to so not entirely sure how it will work.

K-3P0 is an amazing piece, 60 health for 20 points isn't too shabby, neither is 17 def. He has Droid Commander which breaks some movement rules.

Then he has Thrawn-Swap.

He might revolutionize the Metagame, with the amount of huge figs coming out you could charge in with a snowspeeder, swap next turn and unleash massive amounts of damage.

Too bad there are no Darth Vader-esque Rebel beatsticks out there...

yet.

Adder - note that it is not board wide swap. They have to be within 6 like old thrawn, which pretty much kills his effectiveness.

Rebel thrawn based effect, interesting, and rebels get a Anti SS Leia, which has pretty good stats for her cost. Very nice.

6 square Thrawn swap for only 20 points?

How is that bad? I understand the range limit, but for only 20 points?

I'd play him over any other 20 point mini.

I was just pointing that out because it does hurt him alot. 60 HP isnt going to last long with all of the twin accurates that are heavily played. he has possibilities, but i think you will get it in 1-2 times max usually.

Also, I cant believe that no one has mentioned that NR now has force sense as well for very cheap. ;)

The day I take that Leia over others is the same day I take Rogue over any Hans... cold day in Hades.

Thanks for copying over the stats, Fool. But I actually saw them on the TFU poster thread already too. Were there no pics on kidzworld.com? If somebody emails them to me, I'll host them on my photobucket account and post them here. Would be nice to see high-res shots of both, since the poster is kind of hard to make out.

There's pics. Didn't you see the people on Wizards complaining about the paintjobs? :)

Gah.....

Obviously need to teach you guys a bit about how the internet works, lol.

You see, if you look at the full URL for those pics, you will see that it starts with "www.kidzworld.com". Now, if the kidzworld site is blocked such that I can't click the link and read the page myself, then the images won't show up either. Hence why I asked for someone to save them off and either re-host them or email them to me. :P

It's cool though. Thanks for trying. :D

Oh, and I don't even have to see the Wizards forums, or the pieces themselves to know that people will fuss about the paint jobs. Of course the paint jobs look horrible in pictures that are 4 times the size of the actual miniature....

I admit, I don't know how the inter-thingy works . . . I just push buttons and it takes me to what I want to see. Sorry, Aaron. Do I still need to do the whole photobucket thing for you?
