Great Review, Fool, as always.

Kazdan is a great piece for fun games, but only for fun games. I've seen people win with Kazdan against superior squads, because of IDR30; and I've seen people lost with Kazdan to slightly inferior squads, because they never get the IDR. Putting that much of your squad into "Luck" just doesn't cut it in the meta - but makes for great fun games.
