Jealous much.

I so try and try to ask my g/f to play. She is every bit the geek I am, loves sci-fi, etc. But she'd rather chat with her online buddies than play Star Wars Minis

My wife has played a game or two. She is really not a huge fan though. Her brother on the other hand always wants to play it. Unfortunately for me he lives in Kelowna BC and we don't see him that often. He is here this week visiting though, and on Friday after dinner out with their parents and my brother in law's girlfriend he asked if we could play "the game". So my mother in law and BIL's girlfriend watched my wife, brother in law, father in law (who had never played before) and myself play a big four way battle. It was fun and my father in law won despite having no clue what he was doing.

On the rare occasion when I play my wife one on one, we keep it really light and fun and I usually build both squads to give her a huge advantage.

That's awesome, Ruhk. My wife likes to pick out the booster packs and open them (so do I, b/c she always gets sweet pulls compared to me), but she still refuses to play. I do catch her checking out the stat cards every now and then, and she thinks the sketches are cool. That's a start

I'm jealous too. I don't have a gf or wife to play with. That sounds really wrong.

Strangly enough I used to know a girl from Kelowna BC. She wouldn't play with me either. Still sounds wrong.

That's awesome for you.

My wife wants nothing to do with minis. She doesn't like me buying them.

My wife will play with me once in a blue moon, but only with Clone Strike and earlier. She said the game got too complicated to just jump into on a rare occasion. She might be right about that

that's awesome bro! I dont think I'd ever get a girlfriend who'd ever want to play a game like this. So far, I know maybe... 10 girls TOPS Who would even consider a game made by Wizards of the Coast. Which sucks, dont get me wrong... Lucky!
