That's a wicked streak. I wonder if he could pick out the 4 VR boxes from a case. If he can do that, then I need him to come up with 5 random numbers between 1 and 55 and then 1 random number between 1 and 42.

I've had good luck more recently with single booster buys.

I was only able to pick up 2 CS reprint boosters. The first I got Yoda (the last piece I needed for my set) and my first pulled ARC Trooper. Second one I got Qui-Gon.

I've only opened 5 loose A&E boosters and I managed 4 VR's (including Luke, COTF and Aurra).

On the flip side I had horrible luck with COTF. With the exception of the final 2 loose boosters I opened (I didn't buy them. I got them as a trade for my extra IG-88, BH) I did not pull a single random VR.

Back when the Decipher CCG was around I had crazy luck with those. Stuff like buying 4 boosters and getting crud/Han Solo/Vader's TIE/Han Solo. Other times buying one or two packs at shows and other stores and almost always pulling something big.

Actually, I say we test it... I'll chip in for a lottery buy... let him pick us a pile of lottery numbers :)

that is lucky.
I wonder is it his age that makes him lucky, or is he just lucky?
