O.K. here is the current state. So far, I have bought 1 case and played in 3 sealed tourneys. With all the uniques in this set, I was able to take these figs, my winnings and trades and and now only missing Nomi and Veed for a complete set.(which to me is funny since I hoped out loud to not get a Veed and now I can't even trade for one. ) So, basically I am already loving my luck. I had to go to a "business" dinner in town tonight and after 2 hours of drinking err.."business" I decided to roll across the street to the Borders Book store. I am late to the party on the Legacy books and am halfway through Betrayal and decide I will get Bloodlines while I am in town. The store has 3 boosters of LOTF left and I am like what the hell- A) Maybe I get lucky and open one of the very rares I am missing or B) I get some more trade fodder to try and get Nomi and Veed and in either case I am really just hoping to get some more Vong JH or Kel-Dors. I decide to buy 2 boosters and the book. I open the first booster...Cade. :boba: I am like wow what are the chances out of 3 boosters on a peg I would get a VR and Cade to boot. At this point second booster is a bonus for me now and I crack it open expecting something meh...I get Krayt. O.k. after those 2 pulls I know realize I can never open another booster of LOTF cause I would just be pissing money down the drain.

You better find some way to balance out that luck, otherwise when the next set comes around you'll be screwed ;)

I gave in and bought a booster at Barnes & Noble Monday when I was getting Outbound Flight. Ended up with my fourth Jagged Fel. After today's trading I'm down to Wolf and Boba so the only boosters I open until KOTOR will be any that I win in tournies.

Monday night is our League night. We normally have a younger kid that plays with us, and since he is younger he does not have the discretionary income to buy boosters every week. I was playing him on monday, and his mom came and picked him up at the end of the night. Normally I buy a booster at the end of the night and let him grab a common or UC if he needs them for a squad, or I let him play with the R if I already have one of my own.

The last few boosters I have bought have had good Rares (Bane, Luke, Kryat). So as he was walking out, I said "I'll let you know what VR I pull when I see you next week." To which he and his mom laughed.

I bought one of the two boosters on the wall and pulled Boba!!! The kid had told me before that if I pulled Boba he would trade me for BFBH, cause he loves mandos. But now I have my own BFBH (incomming) so he will get to use the mini whenever he wants and gets to keep his broken Boba!!!

But yeah I find my luck comes in peaks when it comes to pulls!!!

I had a simlar experience which had me to decide that I do not need to buy any more Legacy either. I bought 2 and had a Krayt and Ceadus for the VR in each, which drew to the quick conclusion to stop while your ahead. A similar verdict reached 10 years ago when I went into a casino with $400 to eat and have a great time. When my winnings totaled $5,000, the 'get-out-of-town' alarm sounded and I haven't been back to a casino since.
