So, are these promos? Are the pics just filler til we get the real goods? Anyone heard of this before?

Those look like the actual pictures of the regular minis, just lifted right off of WOTC's gallery. Who knows though. The Promos for FCBD last year were the orange Clone Troopers if I remember correctly.

consequently they were also Chose as European Exclusivesfor Promos
that were very hard to get here in the states...
