100 % agree with you man, just saying that Ozzel is the only way the R&B squad would be able to compete with this. Even so, you can still swap in at the end of a round, do 90 damage, then swap right back out. Doesn't do a whole lot, but against your squad, you swap Fel in at the end of a round, do 90, and then with Fett only having 110 HP, that leaves him with 20. You have to be able to Intuition away past some other pieces or over low cover or something, because at that point, Fel only has to hit you once to finish you off.

Your assessment of how to play the Boba build is perfect though. Don't worry about Boba Merc getting off the Cunning all the time, just use him when it's safe to do so.

Yeah I could see that being a problem. I think in that situation though I would move 18 (Intuition +12 normal move) and let the Bothan Noble heal him up as quick as possible.

Boba Merc is the perfect piece for this squad. I wish I would've had my set when I was just down in VA....I would've given this theme a spin.

It's just plain nasty :palps:

Except that unless you are incredibly lucky, you won't get to move those 12 squares with Boba, because Fel will get to activate first because of Thrawn. So, you'd have to have a way to escape to 9 or more movement away (like I said, force movement over green/yellow/orange squares) in order to keep Fel from reaching you. Granted, Fel still has to land the 7 or higher on the attack (which I've personally felt the sting of missing that), but if he does, your whole squad is shot.

What about Dodonna and swarming Kel Dor BH's?

100pts

General Dodonna 9
Kel Dor BH x6 78
Uggies x4 12

99 points, 11 activations in 100pt squad.

KDBH's will pick off fodder, pot-shot Bane for a few HP till he gets close then swarm him for the explosive finale.

LOL, that's funny, but it will get smoked by JWM, Boba BH, R2, as Boba will just fly a couple squares away, and shoot one of them. But it would TOTALLY own Bane, hahahaha.

Ok.... trade 1 KDBH and 2 Uggies for the BBSV to give them all Evade. Then it's a game of who rolls better? Because basically every shot is going to hit from both sides of the map. Fun times! :D

Now THAT's probably not bad at all. 5 Kel Dors is still enough to kill Bane just from Self Destruct 40. However, I just realized where you'll run into a problem. Bane will gladly just take an AoO and move away a square or two, then do a Lightsaber Throw with Sith Rage. That's 40 damage and would kill a KDBH in one hit. Even if you base Bane with all 5 KDBH's, he'll only take a maximum of 50 damage (100 even if you crit will all 5 of them) on the AoOs, and then he kills your entire squad with one LS Throw. :P

So, now I'm thinking it might not be as good against Bane as I thought. Still funny though.

Bane would definitely have to take out the BBSV first, taking the AoO's to make 1 Evadable LS throw is a tough choice I would think as well. Of course if you do kill the KDBH, there would be the cascading Self Destruct to kill the rest... it's just an idea I was toying with, I never really playtested it.
