I'm going to be running a tournament next weekend and I want to have the players register their squads. I've seen a few people try to have squads that are too big, so I want to confirm their numbers.

Does anybody have something already generated that I could get a copy of? (Word? Excel?) If not, I can make one...but I figured I'd ask first before reinventing the wheel.
