Got a question for the players in and or around there. Here in the next month to two months my job may be moving me to the area and i was wondering if there is any groups that get together and either table top play or tourney play in or around the area, or would ve interested in starting to when i move to the area. I dont know when it will be or were i will be moving but im looking for somewhere in a small town outside of Lafayette so if anyone knows of houses for rent as well that could be great help. Thanks for helping

I know Les is constantly posting on FB that he will be at XXX place on Purdue campus to roll dice, at least during the school year.

Yeah we still play in Lafayette. However not at the Triple XXX. Yes there is a diner in town called the triple XXX. it refers to the quality of rootbeer they served back in the 30 and 40. So we don't play there, but we still do play.

Lol, how funny. I was simply using "XXX" as a placeholder since I couldn't remember where. What are the odds it was an actual diner.

We saw that on my iPhone and tried to stop last time we were in town, but it was closed. We were bummed because we really wanted to say we ate at XXX (and I love me some good rootbeer!)

So instead we went to an ice cream / chocolate shop that serves neither. What a weird little town.

Their slogan used to be 'On the hill but on the level'.

Ah yes Harry's Chocolate Shop. It dates back to probation when the bar was in the basement. Its the oldest bar at Purdue.
