Here is a new form I made up that I hope people will want to use at their events (games, regionals, GenCon) to record squads and under the perforated line about 1/2 way down the page record the results of each of their games. I included spots to check the type of game being played and much, much more on the top half. Hope everyone will enjoy it.

UPDATED (4/23) with OR logo (it is the top downloadable PDF of the 3 shown. Got to looking at the middle one and it had a logo interfering with an input box above it). The top one is now correct with all logos and no quality issues. Enjoy.

Hehe yes, but not because I wanted to. I actually couldn't find it...wondered if anyone would notice it missing. I was doing this when I had a few seconds at work and that was the only one I could not get. There were all sorts of newer OR logos I guess from the new OR PC game. I can easily add one if I get one....maybe I will look this afternoon.
