Top 10 how? For competitive play, i.e. top 10 by power? That's kind of what I'm getting from your list, but I'm not sure...

4. Anything WOTC playtested only against other pieces from the same set.

and last, but not least

Mara, Galactic Hero - I will always picture her holding a lit Newport, leaning up against the wall of the Rancor pit. A Felucian on Rancor approaches and bends down low, the better to see her. He asks, in John Goodman's voice, "Uh, hi. I'm looking for Jaina Solo. Have you seen her?"
Mara takes a drag from her cigarette and slowly looks up at the beast. "You're in luck," she replies, exhaling, "I have." Holding her cigarette between her first two fingers, she points to a door. Her lipstick is visible on the filter's paper. "She just went through," she adds.
"Wow, thanks!" says the Rancor. Not believing his luck, the Rancor rises and begins to shamble off.
Behind his back, Mara exhales more smoke and smiles. She drops her cigarette into the dirt and snuffs it out with her boot. The sound of the grinding earth muffles the sound of Mara extracting her lightsaber.
Next round, she wins init, runs 6 and lightsaber assaults the helpless Felcor in the back. 52 points. Bam. True story.

Answering this question right now would totally give away my squad for the Michigan regionals, so, to those already listed, I would simple add:

Jarael

Somehow, she finds her way into almost every squad I build. Her speed is excellent, she's easily boostable in a variety of ways, and she makes a heck of a gambit getter/interference piece. Extremely versatile, which is important to me.
