Fox was working on the forums some. A few posts may have been deleted here and there. Just repost whatever it was you said, if you can remember it.

It was just a reply to a reply by billiv15.

No big deal, just wandered if they notify you when your post is deleted. Probably too much trouble/work for the mods.

Anyway, I will be buying the Hoth pack, but since I have all of the pieces but the 2 new ones, I think it is a little expensive. If I were new or did not have all the other pieces it would be a good deal.

The one bright spot is I can have a few of the A&E pieces on round bases. Not a fan of square just because of the uniformity thing.

So now I am getting one. I am not buying it, but trading a cool poster of Boba Fett (very special deal) for it and 10 TFU minis or so that I need to complete my set.

I am most interested to try out the new map and to run some ATST fun!

Same here, Bill. Moses picked me up one and I am offering him a fair trade of product. (Out ZERO dollars, which is just fine.)

I wouldn't have bought one, that's for sure.

It's not too much work to notify about deletions, but notifications aren't a good idea. Typically, when a person gets PMed by a mod about an edit or deletion, the person gets very confrontational and argumentative. Not a good thing.

I might have one of them coming to me too. The person I should be getting it from just has to get back to the Target he got his from. They had a bunch when he got his and hopefully for me they'll still have at least one left when he gets there today.

Good point. I forget not everyone on the internet is laid-back like me. :)

Looks like mine is on the way. The guy I'm getting it from made it back to his local Target and there was still one left.

I may eventually end up trading for the two unique figures in this set... there simply are no Targets in my area that can keep them in stock, and you can't order 'em online.

I hope whoever at WotC thought this brainchild up (Target exclusive figs) gets audited by the IRS... nothing fatal, but extremely painful and annoying.

I finally and painfully tracked one down two weeks ago and then this past weekend I saw 8 of them at one target. Not to mention my BH pulls were not good.

The Target in Chicago @ south Clark had at least six out when I picked mine up yesterday.

I think the thing is a bit overpriced. They basically make you pay for the BH booster you get. The marketing dept. at Wizards/Hasbro was definitely out of control on this release.

At least I pulled a Krayt out of my BH pack. The small rare was crap and not worth a mention.

I finally broke down and bought one.

Got a Komari in the BH pack.

I really like the Blizzard.

Here's a question: Do Target employees get discounts on stuff there?
Because my dad has a friend who is a manager of the electronic section at this one Target, so yeah. Just wondering. I really, really, don't want to pay $60 for it...

They should get a discount, however, this friend of your father could lose his job if it ever got back to the powers that be @ Target that he used his discount for someone else not in his immediate family. Admittedly this is extremely unlikely but the possibility is there

The better option might be to see if he can point you in the direction of coupons or other customer discounts available...

Ah, okay then. :)
Doesn't matter too much anyway-there's two Targets within 1 mile of my house.
I think I'll still be able to get one on clearance.

Well, after hitting every Target in the line from Ventura CA to Woodland Hills, CA, I finally found one. Probably spent $40 in gas alone... and my bonus fig? Zuckuss and a Huge Crab Droid... yippie.

And what the hell is with the wiring the figures in so much that it takes demolitions work to get 'em loose? Good grief!

I hate when figures are wired in like that. Lucky for me, according to UPS, mine is due to be here on a day I have a lot of free time.

If you are not a Target employee and have a Red Card you get a 10% discount every time you spend $1,000 on it or when you sign up for one. If you are a Target employee you get 10% off and you can combine these for 20% off for everything you buy on a single day.
