The final version of minimanager and a DotF add-on can be had here:

you want these two files - SWMiniManager3_0f.zip and SWMM_Destiny.zip
the second one you extract into the minimanager directory like was done with the post IE sets.
There is no set icon or menu for DotF, but you'll see the pieces using the faction buttons (or all minis)
Also, Affinity and Rapport don't work for DotF stuff.
Affinity (say Jaina) you'll need to specify all-faction in the squad builder.
Rapport, you just manually figure it and exceed the build total.
Chuck had to code that kind of stuff into the program itself, so the add on isn't perfect, but it works well enough.
