Was Wier's commander effect changed?

I was just looking over the Renegades and rogues spoiler and noticed Wier's commander effect reads

Storm Commando's gain Shields 2
Characters whose name contain Speeder gain Twin Attack

I could have sworn it said that Storm Commandos and characters with "speeder" in their name gain twin and shields. Is the spoiler wrong? Has it been changed?

Followers who's name contains speeder gain twin.

So the spoiler is just wrong then? A shame. I had gotten my hopes up that it was some last minute balancing.

Lol, what's so unbalancing about Storm Commandos getting Twin on top of shields 2?
