Whorm and a Wrangler works too. :)

It has a lot of hp, but as we all know, those HP no longer last as long as they used to. Now that this piece has been created, I think it's now guaranteed that Galloping Attack will never be given out via CE.

It's Sith faction, Whorm doesn't apply. But as to the idea of Galloping being given out as a CE, to be honest, that had never crossed my mind as a reasonable idea. Galloping seems to be very clearly an abstraction of a very specific character trait, that doesn't translate into a CE. I can't logically see Dash Rendar running around Galloping because a commander told him to. Now, could a figure be created that would grant a single person a mount that would give them gallop? I suppose that's possible, but still highly unlikely, and wouldn't ever affect a huge figure anyway.

Although I must say, thinking of my minis as running around like some Monty Python knights of the Round table going "cluck cluck cluck" with a pair of coconuts does seem pretty funny. :)

Oh dear. I first thought you said "someting to pwn". Need a break from the interwebz I think.

Also, for those who took as long to find it as I did, the podcast is called minis mayhem. It is in those forums.

Yeah, I was speaking tongue-in-cheek about the galloping CE. :)

And I should really look at the faction more closely next time! I do like the pawning option, even though it's an expensive mechanic, at over 110pts.

if you put it with holo sid and some wranglers you can get it force pints to get the extra running space or reroll attacks. Exar is a good build too but thats 3/4 of your squad. Sidious can pawn him and if you can get him within 6 of a wrangler you can get him swapped back (if you have another huge)

Dangit TINT, we were holding off on spoiling Whorm Loathsome, Sith Lord! ;)

It's quite a cool piece to play, and there are actually other pieces in the set that synergize quite well with him.

Interesting.

Anyone have any suggestions on something other than the Krayt dragon for the representative piece. I understand the point of using it over other huges, but I dont like it having legs, lol.

This could be very cool. Cant wait to see other stuff from the set.

Well they often had legs... That's the thing, these guys were technically made by the Sith, so what they looked like was somewhat based on what they were made from. The one I modeled this figure after, was the one Kyp fought at the tombs. So it has legs :). I recommend getting the T-Rex D&D thing and repainting it.

I posted these a month or two ago when people were wondering what it looked it after Bill had posted his T-Rex version. These are pages from the comics it makes it's appearance:

As funny as the idea of a Sith Leviathan riding around on a Kaadu? That's what leapt into my mind as I read this.

That sounds like our best bet Bill. Didn't you make one already and posted pic's for it? Thought I saw that somewhere. I have seen quite a few of the T-Rex boosters at one of my LGS's. Maybe even repainting the Krayt dragon, although those might be a little harder to come by now-a-days. I think I only have one of them. I have seen quite a few of the T-Rex boosters at one of my LGS's though. ;)

Ah, yup that's the one. Nice job BTW. Looks like it doesn't interfere with the adjacent mini's like the Krayt dragon might. Squelchy needs to set aside some $$$ for D&D mini's.

I bought a DnD Trihorn Behemoth intending to use it for Lord Hoth. But unbeknownst to me, it is a huge, so I will just cut the horns off and use it as my Leviathon I think.

The Trihorn? Isn't that Master Thon? Of course, I don't know off the top of my head what the DnD Trihorn Behemoth looks like. So I'm just throwing out a guess there.
