G'day folks, just looking at adding somrthing to scenario play and looking for models in the same scale. My best half measured/guestimation is that star wars minis are about 1:54 scale of there abouts. anyone got a more definitive answer? anyone else using store bought model that are close to correct scale? let us know. Cheers. |

the scale is subjective...especially when you include the tie crawler or desert skiff into the mix...really difficult to get a good scale when the makers of the original models didnt do that good of a job all the time. |

Not to mention the fact that sculpts of the same character are often wildly inconsistent. (Examples: Vader Unleashed, CotF Sandtrooper, IE Bespin Guard, etc.) |

A long discussion was made about this on the WotC boards, and there may still be a member or two there that can help you with scale issues. Try: http://community.wizards.com/go/thread/ ... #474330465 or message Imperator58 there, he knows a lot about scales. |
