Wow! Talk about synergy with healers! Heal 30 can go a long way when coupled with damage reduction 10. I can see many uses for this Luke. Actually stronger than I expected it to be.

I don't know maybe Tow Cable 16 or force alter so he can make them reroll their Tow Cables IDK.
