Well i think this must be the least expected release ever! Or is everybody too busy customizing their DotF characters to talk about this?

I for one am super excited about this battle pack. 10 new statcards with characters from the Battle of Theed Palace, what's not to be looking forward to?? Hints have been dropped as to which characters we might get. As far as i remember, we will see a new Darth Maul, a couple of droids and a Naboo Pilot/Soldier in this release. Has anyone been keeping track of the spoilers, then by all means please post it here!

Also, any official info would be much appreciated. When is it going to hit the streets? Will there be real statcards like with DotF or just for download?

It's nice to hear. Thanks.

Download and cards will be available.

If you go back and check my posts on BM and gamers (with some on FB), you will have most of the set.

The last two guys are being hashed out.

Are these cards releasing at GenCon just like Renegades & Rogues?

Much sooner than Gencon.

How about in time for the late May/early June regionals?

It's least expected because nobody knows anything about this. No idea about rough dates, no idea about how the cards are being handled. Up till this thread I didn't know if there would be cards. I don't know if I should be working out how many sets our playgroup needs, and organising payments.

I'm fidgeting in anticipation, like a kid about to wet his pants.
How about a pre-release for those who solved Bothan Transmissions on this? ;)

Hmm, there might be an unintended joke in those two sentences.

Some more info, the cards will be available for download and purchase at Gencon. When you buy a set of R&R, the 10 BoTP cards will be included in the set. :)

How exactly are they going to be available for download at Gencon?

Weak. The sentence was gramatically correct. Maybe he could have used the word "also", but yeah not as clever as you hoped :D

I have no idea what you are talking about. Wasnt trying to be clever.

I was asking how he plans on making them available for download at Gencon. That is all. Are people supposed to lug their pcs or laptops there to get the file on their computer? Should they bring flash drives? Is he going to upload it to the Gamers site during Gencon (which then means people who arent at Gencon could download it too at that same time).

Not angry or anything. Just serious-faced confusion.

Lol. Ooooooh. I thought you were trying to be a smart aleck. Never mind then. Move along, move along.

Well i tried searching posts to get a clue on what we're getting, but i'm not seeing anything. Anyone feel free to post here if you have any info on the characters.

I won't be able to make it to GenCon, mostly because there are 4312.65 miles and an ocean between here and there :o so will the statcards be available for those of us who aren't going/live on the other side of the globe?

Let me try this again.

The cards will be available for download.
And purchase at Gencon. When you buy a set of R&R, the 10 BoTP cards will be included in the set.

I take it that means no physical cards will be produced until R&R releases?

So we can download the cards first, but will have to wait till R&R for physical cards? I hope the physical cards aren't going to be a "Gencon exclusive", that would be very sad.

Oh, lol. That makes more sense.

I agree, it will be kinda sad if you must attend Gencon to get a set of these.

Now, why do you think something that "no fun" would happen with these cards?

I'm also a player not just a designer.

I think by searching my posts 6 of the 10 figures can be determined.
