I am going to be in VA most of the week and currently do not have anything sceduled on Thursday or Friday night, is there any groups in the area that have games going? Just trying to figure if I should bring some minis or not.

Harrisonburg Va group, but u will probably be 2 and half hours away, at least. Plus we usually only play on Sat. and this weekend we have a local con that is making us not have a game this weekend, Madicon at JMU. There is a Northern Va group but do not know any info on them.

Yes, there is a northern VA group. We usually hold our tournaments every other Saturday night in Fredericksburg, VA. Our last one was last Saturday. However there are a few of us who want to playtest some possible regionals squads. I'll see what we can put together for Friday night. We'll probably play at someones house, either in Woodbridge or Manassas. Manassas is about 20-30 minutes south of Herndon. Add about another 20-30 minutes if we play in Woodbridge. Let me know if you are still interested.

that would be fun, and great to mee t some of the other people, I did leave the minis home because i woke up late for my flight.. I have a map though if someone wants to loan me a squad

let me know, I can certainely do a 20 or 30 minute drive.

There will probably be a couple of us who have our entire collection with us. (crazy huh?) So if you have a particular squad you would like to play, just let me know what it is when we get together and we can pull out the figures at that time.

I want to say thank you to the NOVA team who let me crash their game tonight. It was great fun, I learned a few things. I know have another crazy story:

Turns out drkjedi35 and I actually know each other. 10-11 years ago drkjedi35 was the TO for Deciper CCG that ran the tourney and league play. They crazy part is that was ina diffrent state then either of us live in now. Here I am running into him 2500 miles away. CRAZY WORLD...

I really is a small world. I still can't believe that it happened. Thanks for coming out. We all had a good time. To bad we didn't actually have a tournament going on that weekend. But it was good seeing you again.
