So, I just got the package of DotF cards in the mail today, and opened a set up AND THEY WERENT IN ORDER!!!!!

I had to organize them BY HAND myself!

Seriously, what the heck is up with that????

Actually, they're just in some crazy voodoo order. Take a pack, and make piles of the factions (like a fringe pile, OR pile, etc.). Do this with each card from the top of the pack to the bottom. Now look at the faction piles. The OR figs are all in order, from 1 to 6, the Sith are all in order from 7 to 12, and so on (more or less, there were a couple cards out of order, but the vast majority were perfectly ordered).


At least mine were. I have no idea how the printer collated the cards, but it seriously feels like magic when you do it this way and they're all ordered, because they DO look like they're in no order at all.

I didn't know we'd have to organize them ourselves. Did you get the bonus 61 of 60 Squirrelbacca card in your pack?

Yea, when I laid mine out, I noticed that too Echo.

I figured it had something to do with the printing order of the cards opposed to how they were gathered.

From those fuzzy pictures of the sheets, it looked like the OR faction was the top row, so Im guessing that cards were all cut, and then gathered into columns, with the left-most going on top, which then ought to get you pretty close to that effect.

I love this set of cards...only thing that I can see that is missing is the rarity symbol but oh well

Somewhere around here is the rarity list for the cards. I am not sure but I think on the main page if you download the set list it has them there.

yeah i noticed the same thing when I separated them out, that was pretty cool. maybe 4 cards were out of place

One card I did not have that I was upset that it was missing in all the sets... Where is Darth Skippy?

I was missing my Greedo, Shot First Shot LAst I'm Still Dead and Dengar, I Have My Own Thread cards.

Dengar, Greedo, and Chewie on Squirrel were stated, and printed.. only the special people got them, so be prepared for a surprise at your next tournament!

In all seriousness, That is something i am working on for future sets...To do it with this set would have cost way more and took a ton of time. For the future i am going to set the card order up differently so they can be collated in order at no extra cost.

Honestly, I don't think it was too big of a deal. Coming all jumbled like that just meant that I actually looked at every single card when I got my set, which I actually think was pretty cool. Good way to get people to look at things and see pieces which were never previewed ahead of time.

The cards are awesome. Great quality. My media mail paper envelope thingy had a couple of holes in it so I was really worried, but thanks to the shrink wrap every trooper made it out safely.

The only real question I have is I love the phoenix on the back of the card and how the card backs are all the same, but why did we have a logo contest and award a winner if the logo isn't used on the cards? Just curious.

I could tell it was done on purpose since all the sets can in th same order. It didn't bother me at all I was happy to hav them and to see them.

I really liked how getting a name here or a stat there really made me want to see the whole set. It created alot of excitment and it felt like a "real" set release (which it was).

He will be in the third set. The second set will contain Darth Alex P. Keaton, Sith Lord Elyse, Sith Lord Steven, Sith Marauder Mallory, and Sith Apprentice Jennifer. There is a rumored Sith Inquisitor Nick Moore in the works.

Yeah, and it's a lot easier than getting a case and having to sort them all out booster by booster.

The logo goes on the Rules Insert. The problem was cost of printing in color.
