Anyone playing this? A couple of my buddies just started. I just got my copy in the mail today. It doesn't have a subscription cost.

I played for a bit, but I got bored of grinding the same stuff over and over again. yes its free, and that was the only way I would have started playing an mmorpg. fingers crossed for TOR...

Grinding on the same stuff. What would that have been? I've been playing about a month now and have not gotten through even the first part of the game for the missions/quests. I had heard that SWTOR was going to be setup similar. No subscription fee and pay for addons. I hope so.

well, one of my friends was really into it and had power gamed his way to the top, so he helped me a long for the first little while, I completed the story lines for all the expansion I had.. and then it was doing stuff, like Hard Mode, and trying to clear areas to get titles.. so that kinda got boring after awhile, mostly because I was doing it on my own (since the friends I had had already done all of that).
