Ok, I got another quote trivia question

Who said the following:

"The truth is usually just an excuse for a lack of imagination."

Extra bonus points on the Trekometer if you can name the episode it was said in! :ugeek: :D

Oh, btw, I'm glad that Star Trek got the oscar award. The makeup was pretty well done, except for the green alien girl that Kirk was dating......*shivers*......just too green!

Yeah it's not easy being green.

It's either from TOS, TNG, or DS9. Mabe Q riker kirk or spock.

Sisko, All good things must come to a end part 1. :D :D :D

Jeri Ryan? I don't know if she initially refused to play the role she eventually took, but that would be interesting if she did.

The correct answers to my Trivia question was Garak in the epsiode Improbable Cause. Nice try on the answer though! :D

Morn never talks and that is the running joke throughout the whole series. :D There are just so many funny moments in DS9 where they try to get him to talk, but then he's cut of from speaking.

As for the trivia, I'd have to say Next Generation. I remember them in an episode from season 2 i do believe. :)

Well the TV show Star Trek enterprise was a dismal failure. They couldn't come up with original storylines and had to rehash old episode plots from previous series. And they did something I will never forgive them for......Why did they have to have a Borg episode? Oh and why did they make it so that their doctor made a cure to assimilation it right away? Didn't make sense and made it seem like the Borg weren't really a threat as tehy were in NextGen and Voyager.

Captain Archer is a good captain, but ultimately the show needed to really work on developing good original storylines. Hopefully the next Star Trek series (whenever it comes  ) will do much better. :D

i think the federation were all ready awear of the borg before Q spilled the beans. Well the borg then would be less developed so they would be less of a threat I would assume.

Well its been awhile since I saw the borg but yeah i don't think I cared for that ep, and I do not know if it had anything to do with time trival.

I played Birth of the Federation a lot a few years back. I was borrowing it from a friend and so I eventually had to give it back.

That was a really fun game! I'm thinking about getting it for PC again, only this time I will own it. :)

How about you?

The video game i remember the most was you have the enterprise ship. The systems. You set the corodantes on where you want to go. Ship battles and away team missions.

The wii has some silly game, you take over a all out galatic battle.

Computer games their was this funny kligion game. When you click the wrong thing Q or klingion would come and star yellowing at you at make fun of you.

Half a borg game of the same style.

A game like the wii game but more complex but slower later in the game and such.

Some ship building game, with no real point.

Some handheld games.

A arcade game, you shoot some borg. (voyager)

They should make a Star Trek game like Age of Empires or Empire at War. That would be cool! AOE would be for the land aspect of star trek and allow you to make armies, while Empire at War would make for some cool ship battles. Or maybe a combination of both would be cool.
