Dammit, why doesn't WotC just let us manage the whole kit and kaboodle! I wouldn't mind being paid to help run SWMs!

That would actually be a great idea, but they will never do it, just because they never had a hand in making/running this site. This will be soon enough the unoffical home of SWM anyway.

And besides, WOTC would just invest the money saved by not running a website into MTG.

Did it just go down? I was on there this morning before I left for work (was about 7:30 EST).

Perhaps this is the changeover to do away with Gleemax like they reported a couple months back. I hope it doesn't keep them from posting any Previews this week (if we are going to get any this week).

It says it will be down 48 hours, which pushes into Sunday. But I don't know if that will push back a preview.

48 hours means it should be back up by noon eastern on Saturday.

48 hours from sometime this morning would mean it should be back up on Saturday morning. Is the main page still working normally? In the past, anytime the forums are down over there, it hasn't really had an impact on the main page anyways.
