So are we supposed to be able to understand Bossk in ESB? I always thought he was just sort of growling, is he supposed to be speaking?

What should I tell Little Miss? has no body mentioned this before?

I don't think the imperial understood what he was saying and Vader didn't care what Bossk said. I think it still makes sense that Bossk could speak basic, since he obviously understood what Vader was saying to him.
