I see that we are doing an auction draft in 8 days. I've never done an auction draft before, so I'm not sure how it works. Are we going to be talking on skype or something and trying to outbid each other for values? How much money do we get to build our team with? Any help on what to do exactly would be great.

Agreed I've never done any draft online. I just got out of a league that I was in for the last 12 years and that was always a live draft. I've also never been in any league where we draft defensive players. So this is probably a stupid question but when are they usually drafted? Is it a high scoring position like a first to go or is usually varried?

Defensive players have been low scorers in the past, but they got some point boosts this year. Still, I wouldn't waste too much on them.

What will the budget be this year? I know in the past it has been 350,300 and even 250. I think 350 was way too much but think the default is too low.

Does the draft take play on yahoo's website? Do they give a list of the players available for when we put them up for the auction? Also, are we going to be getting a 12th team? The fanatasy football page says we can't schedule games with a odd number of teams.

Yeah I am a few weeks early but since we like to draft about a month before the season starts thought I would post?

I have bought my how to play fantasy football 2012 magazine and I am really to go. This year I am bidding half my money on manning just to let you know Brad. You will not get him this year lol. I will not have QB problems this year lol.

I hope we do have our Fantasy Football League again this year. It was a really fun experience for me last year to participate in my first Auction draft. Count me again for this years league!

PPR?? We do have points per return...it's calculated via defense just like all other leagues.

So is there anyway we could have a later draft?
Linebacker is kind of unknown with the weak draft then lee, Washington, there was another to guy hurt I forget his name and now Kiko is out for the season as of today.
