Yeah, going over the scoring I think we've adjusted everything properly over the years. Yeah, there are penalties, which was one of the reasons I started a league-penalties should be counted. 1-100 yard pass for every 10 incompletions should not a good quarterback make.
Unless Jason meant something else Punt Returning has scoring, in fact, it has been getting a bonus for exceeding 50 yards.
It auto defaulted the draft to Aug 3, which seemed reasonable enough.
Let me know.
Having played the position of QB, I completely disagree.
But from a competitive fantasy perspective, it makes QBs completely unpredictable week to week. It also makes it so game outcomes are random, rather than determined by skill.
I'm not the only one who has noticed this.
I think it makes
certain QB's swingy for sure; I wouldn't say it's
completely unpredictable, but it looks like we bumped it down significantly last year or the year before(-.2, if I remember correctly, at one point it was -.5). It should take away most negative scores unless they throw badly for a quarter and don't play again obviously. Though I'd be willing to go 1-1 on completions/incompletions, as currently it's +.1 and -.2
Fantasy Football is unpredictable; I never score the predicted points and often times it's well above or well below--for individual players anyway; the team scores are usually consistent.
