Is there an expected date/time for V-set 11 to be ready and shipped?

Cards were shipped last week. It's not too late to get a copy if want.

So are the vsets mainly for vassle? Like there are no figures that are made for them?

Physical cards are also produced. The cards have the image of a recommended mini (original WotC mini) to use as a proxy. Some people also make customs to use as proxies, but there aren't any minis being produced or sold to go with the cards.
