Hey everyone,

I have both Linux and Windows running on my Laptop. Whenever I want to play Vassal I always have to load up Windows and wait for the slow beast to get itself ready. I do use Linux a lot more, yet am not extremely proficient with it. I was just hoping, could someone walk me through how to get Vassal working on Linux, and possibly how to get Mini Manager to work on Linux?

Thanks for all help you will be providing.

-Bobby

It is just a Java Program it should work on Linux would just have to Modify the Batch file to somthing that would run on Linux. As for Minimanger just use Whine or whatever the new one is to run it.

Here is a cool site from converting Batch files to Shell Scripts http://tldp.org/LDP/abs/html/dosbatch.html .
